Last meditation class.
He says pay attention, notice.
He says look forward to getting old.
He says keep changing, you just get more who you really are.
He says live with the world inside you.
Contentment is Life living through you.

Valorie, I’m so glad I found your blog. A meditation practice is so important to me, and I’m happy to find a kindred writer spirit. Writing can be soo stressful, and a spiritual practice gives a spacious context out of which to interact with it.
My meditation practice really does help my writing, too, although I need to be more consistent (with both). Thank you for visiting and commenting!
I saw your blog on “She Writes.” Love your photo and the meditation. The blog I posted today called “walking Among Flowers” was inspired by my study of Taoism and the “uncarved block” which gives rise to creativity in all its forms.
I am looking forward to visiting your blog! Thank you for stopping by, Deborah.
Just enjoy your life and you will be very happy
